In recent years, with the popularity andmarket competition of technology, China printing inks leadingedge technology gradually lost, other private enterprise product cost advantageexposed, and continue to expand its market share. A small number of traditionalold state-owned enterprises failed to keep industry technical transformation,technology has not kept pace market changes, so the situation has produced achange from the original people to go with us, become our go along with others.And due to the technology popularity and quality of product homogenization,products competitive are becoming competitive prices and quality of service.The success of private enterprise is to take the road of market-driven,printing ink development ideas as:
1. Develop suitable market use inkproducts:
In particular, the introduction ofcompetitive good cheap products,occupying the low-end markets, such as paper offset printing inks, plasticsurface printing inks and printing ink and the like;
2. Develop environmentally friendly ink:
Such as alcohol-based gravure printing ink,waterless offset soybean oil (green) inks, water-based ink (wherein thewater-based ink is Guangdong Province to support the development of environmentally friendly products) andUV / EB flexo inks and more new inks;
3. Develop high value-added ink products:
Such as industrial inkjet products(continuous inkjet cIJ, demand drops out DOD), conductive ink,anti-counterfeiting security ink and other. More varieties of ink, not the sameuse, and the use of ink for printing is a technology, ink technology servicesare especially important. Not only require service providers to be familiarwith the ink, but also basic understanding of printing technology. Such as whatare the advantages of printing ink, where is applicable, the customer where is,how to use in order to realize the advantages of the product and so on.
We should find out the customers (includingdistributors, use of manufacturers, individual consumers, etc.) for our productquality and service satisfaction, understanding customer opinions on products:
1. Customer services (such as deliverychannels, delivery, product use instructions, like product presentations, etc.)are satisfied or not;
2. Availability of new products forcustomer requirements or not;
3. Product quality (such as qualityindicators, advanced degree, degree of stability, and deficiencies, etc.);
4. Satisfied with response rate tocustomers reflect the information or not, Service satisfaction or not and soon;
5. Client applications process equipment isreasonable or not, whether there is reference or improvements and so on.
And gradually form a market (customer) as acenter, and to provide appropriate ink products for customer needs, improvecustomer the level of satisfaction for service and ink products, thus expandingthe market share of ink.
In the past ten years, the quality andquantity of our ink products has undergone tremendous change, but our countryis still a developing country, per capita consumption of printed matter isstill very low, only 5% of the per capita consumption in developed countries,the ink the usage is very low, coming 5-10 years in China's national economywill maintain rapid development, large-scale development of the ink is obvious.The next few years the development of China ink industry, in addition toincreasing the products, but should focus on the adjustment of productstructure, improve production concentration, increaseresearch and development efforts, increase the technological content, improvequality, increase product stability, to adapt in today's multi-color, high-speed, quick-drying, non-polluting and low consumption ofmodern printing needs.
